You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any security PINs or two-factor authentication codes linked to your account. ar999 will never ask for your password through any channel — not via live chat, email, or phone.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the ar999 support team immediately through live chat. You should also change your password straight away from the account settings page.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be processed to your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification requirements being met. If your account is closed for a Terms violation, outstanding balances may not be returned depending on the nature of the breach.
ar999 processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment channels for deposits:

For PSL and international cricket matches, if a match is abandoned or interrupted and fewer than the minimum required overs are completed, bets on that match may be voided unless a result has already been determined under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method. Full match result bets require the match to reach its natural conclusion or an official result to be declared.
